This stage of the enrolment process allows the applicant's party to upload Visa progress and evidence to ensure this is sighted before arrival. 

There are some scenarios where this is not applicable, and the visa is not issued until arrival in the country or not at all. For these cases you are able to Skip the Visa stage to move to the Pre-Arrival stage.
