As part of the new Student Administration Management feature in Enroller, you are now able to continually update a student's status as they progress through their school journey.

Assigning a status to the student will automatically filter the student's into the associated areas of the 'Students' dropdown menu in your navigation bar.

When successfully 'enrolled', a student's status will automatically be updated to Awaiting Arrival. As suggested, this means that you have confirmed their enrolment, but they are yet to start their studies at school.

When they begin their studies (on their first day), you can update the status to Current Student. As suggested, this means that the student has now begun at school.

When the student's study period has ended at the school, you can then update the status to be Alumni. As suggested, this means the student has completed their study period with the school and has moved on to another institution or returned home. It is possible to add me details about the student leaving at this point.

How to update the student's status

There are two ways to update the student's status currently.

Option 1
When viewing a student individual enrolment, you are able to see their details in the left-hand sidebar. Clicking the 'pencil' icon next to 'Applicant details' will allow you to edit the Details for the student or change their Status as shown in the below examples:

Option 2

Now under the 'Students' option in the navigation. You will see an 'All enrolled students' option. This will show you all the students you have previously enrolled at the school. If you select the action button in the right-hand column, then choose 'Edit status'. you will be able to edit the student's status as necessary. See below for reference:

Assigning a status to the student will automatically filter the student's into the associated areas of the 'Students' dropdown menu in your navigation bar.
