Once you are at the final stage of the enrolment process (the Pre-arrival stage), you can choose to send all the Enrolment Summary details directly to the student's parents.

After adding all the applicable information to the different Pre-arrival sections:
- Flight Details
- Accommodation Information
- Insurance Information
- School Documents
- Final Notes for the Student
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and ensure that the box is checked to Send Enrolment Summary to the Parent/Caregiver, as shown below:
Note: The email addresses of the student's parents will show up automatically based on the information that was added to the application.
When you click the Complete enrolment button, this will automatically send a copy of the Enrolment Summary to the student's parents email address.
